Tim Wilder has been in the mortgage lending business since 1992. Prior to joining Liberty Home Loans, Tim worked at Highline-EquiTrust Mortgage and Interlocken Mortgage Group. Having worked in Boulder and Broomfield Counties since 1994, he has a great understanding of the Denver/Boulder market. Tim joined Liberty Home Loans due to their reputation of integrity and leadership in a rapidly changing industry.

As your mortgage adviser, Tim takes a long-term financial planning approach to mortgage lending. He works closely with his clients to determine the best loan for them to achieve their lifelong goals. Tim attended the University of Kansas, majoring in Economics. He is married to Nonie, and has two young children, Keegan and Olivia. His ideal day would somehow involve spending time with his family on a beach and skiing in the mountains, having a lunchtime picnic and hike up Chautauqua, enjoying a KU basketball win over Mizzou at Allen Field House, capped off by a wonderful dinner accompanied by perfectly paired wine with his beautiful wife at Frasca.

She has lived in Boulder County since 1976 and is an established mortgage lender for 24 years. Adding to her lending experience, she has sold new homes on-site and worked in commercial banking, as well as owning her own investment properties. Personally, Jan and her husband enjoy all of the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.
