The cohesive management team is comprised of Don Sprague, Rob Myers, and Deb Salazar. Each person has experienced the drastic changes that occur in the industry and have survived major cycles that frequent the mortgage business. Our ethical standards are the same, we view solutions to production problems with the same style of honesty and ethics, our goals are similar and all are sacrificing managers who realize the decisions that have to be made to survive in today’s market place. We also share a true passion for the industry, providing customer service, and maintaining a stable platform in an unstable world!

Don Sprague, CFO and Chairman, supervises the Finance and Human Resources functions for the company. Don has handled these functions since 1990 starting with his company Equitrust Lending Corp, and continuing with Highline-Equitrust, and Liberty Home Loans. Having started in the industry in 1979, he has worked for Savings and Loans, Banks, and mortgage banking entities. Don has also enjoyed the dual objectives of building a company while managing a personal pipeline of production. Don’s strengths lie in strategic planning, marketing, finance and accounting as well as sales and operations management. He has a Masters in International Management Degree from Thunderbird, and also maintains the professional designations of CML (Certified Mortgage Lender) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner). |

Robert Myers, President, has a passion for handling the technology platform and marketing functions of the company. Rob also has a strong sales background as well as extensive operations and sales management developed while working in the mortgage banking side of the business. He formerly owned and operated Competitive Mortgage Services for 12 years, and has enjoyed riding the cycles of the industry since 1993. Rob also maintains an active level of personal production while being committed to the challenges and rewards of owning a company! Robert has a B.S.in Business and Finance from Missouri State University prior to moving to Colorado. |

The Operations team is managed by Deborah Salazar, Vice President of Mortgage Operations for Liberty Home Loans. Deborah brings extensive financial, sales and analytical background to the group, having served in similar positions with American National Bank and Cherry Creek Mortgage. She began her career over 12 years ago with Centex in origination and processing and has been responsible for product development with Wall Street investors, sales and loan origination, managing client relationships and overseeing all mortgage operations from processing to shipping. Deborah’s primary focus is blending relationships and lending expertise into a highly functional team to achieve goals. She has an extensive understanding of products of all types, and brings a passion for people to her work. Deb attended the National College in Albuquerque NM prior to moving to Colorado receiving a degree in Accounting. |
